Returns & Refunds

This Returns & Refunds Policy explains your statutory right of withdrawal, how returns and refunds are handled, and how defective or incorrect products are processed. It applies to consumer purchases made through skillzybox.com and delivered within Finland. This policy forms part of our Terms of Service.

1. Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days from the day you receive your Skillzy Box. You may also notify us of withdrawal before the order is delivered.

To exercise this right, you must notify us within the 14-day withdrawal period by using our contact form, by email at customer.service@skillzybox.com, or by sending us any other clear written statement. You do not need to give a reason for exercising your right of withdrawal.

Please note that merely returning a parcel, or failing to collect it, is not sufficient to exercise the right of withdrawal. You must notify us of your withdrawal within the 14-day withdrawal period.

After notifying us, you must send the item(s) back within 14 days. Keep your postal or tracking receipt as proof of shipment.

2. Condition of Returned Items

You may open the box and inspect its contents in the same way as you would normally be allowed to inspect goods in a shop.

To receive a full refund, the products should be unused and returned in their original condition where reasonably possible.

If a product has been handled or used more than necessary to determine its nature, characteristics, or function, we may reduce the refund to reflect the product’s diminished value.

3. Mystery Box Orders

Skillzy Box is sold as a mystery box product. The exact contents of the order are not disclosed before delivery and may vary due to the mystery box concept.


The fact that the order is sold as a mystery box does not remove or limit your statutory consumer rights. Consumer purchases include the right of withdrawal where applicable, as described in this policy.


If a product is defective or incorrect, your rights are handled separately under the “Defective or Incorrect Products” section below.

4. Return Shipping Costs

For standard returns, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

Exceptions apply if:
• The item is defective or incorrect, or
• A different arrangement has been explicitly agreed with us in advance.

In such cases, Skillzy Box will cover the cost of return shipping.

5. Refunds

We will reimburse payments without undue delay and no later than 14 days after receiving your notice of withdrawal.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned product or until you have provided valid proof that the product has been sent back, whichever occurs first.

Refunds include the full product price and the cost of the cheapest standard delivery method originally offered at checkout.

Refunds are issued using the same payment method used for your purchase unless expressly agreed otherwise. We do not charge fees for issuing refunds.

6. Defective or Incorrect Products

If you receive a defective or wrong item, please contact us immediately via the contact form or by email at customer.service@skillzybox.com.


We will first aim to repair or replace the product. If that is not possible, you can choose to receive a refund or price reduction.


Return shipping for defective or incorrect products is always covered by Skillzy Box.

7. How to Return a Product

Contact us using the contact form on our website or by email at customer.service@skillzybox.com. Include your order number. You may include the reason for return if you wish, but this is not required when exercising the statutory right of withdrawal.

  1. Wait for our reply with return instructions and shipping address confirmation.
  2. Pack the product securely, preferably in its original packaging.
  3. Ship the parcel according to the provided instructions and keep your shipping receipt until the refund is processed.
