1. Effective date: 6 May 2026
These Terms govern purchases and use of the Skillzy Box online store at skillzybox.com. By placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
2. Scope and Eligibility
These Terms apply to consumer purchases delivered within Finland.
You must be 18 years or older (or have guardian consent) to place an order.
3. Products and Availability
Skillzy Box is sold as a mystery box product. This means that the exact contents of the order are not disclosed to the customer before delivery.
By placing an order, the customer understands and accepts that the specific items included in the box may vary and will not be known before the order is received.
Product images are for illustration only. Contents, brands, product types, colours, packaging, and quantities may vary within the same product category due to the mystery box concept.
This does not limit the customer’s statutory consumer rights, including rights relating to defective or incorrect products and the right of withdrawal where applicable under consumer protection law.
We may limit quantities or discontinue products at any time.
4. Prices, Taxes, and Errors
Prices are displayed in EUR and include VAT where applicable.
Delivery costs (if any) are shown at checkout.
We reserve the right to correct obvious pricing or availability errors. If an error affects your order, we will notify you — you may then cancel for a full refund.
5. Orders and Formation of Contract
After placing an order, you will receive an email acknowledging receipt.
The purchase contract is formed when we accept the order (for example, by sending a shipping confirmation).
We may cancel an order due to payment failure, suspected fraud, or stock issues.
Any payments collected will be refunded.
6. Payment
We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout. Payments are processed securely by third-party payment service providers; we do not store full card details.
Payment Service Provider
Paytrail Plc acts as a collecting payment service provider and is an authorized payment institution. Paytrail Plc will be shown as the recipient on your bank or credit card statement. Paytrail Plc will forward the payment to the merchant. For complaints, please contact the website where the payment was made.

7. Delivery
We ship within Finland only.
Dispatch normally occurs within one business day after acceptance, though timing is indicative.
Estimated delivery (3–5 business days) may vary due to factors beyond our control.
Risk of loss or damage passes to the customer when the customer, or a third party designated by the customer other than the carrier, has received physical possession of the goods.
8. Right of Withdrawal and Returns
As a Finnish consumer, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal starting from the day you receive your order. You may also exercise the right of withdrawal before the order is delivered.

You may exercise your right of withdrawal by using our contact form, by email, or by sending us any other clear written statement within the withdrawal period.
9. Defects and Legal Guarantee
Your statutory consumer rights apply under Finnish law.
If a product is defective or incorrect, contact us. We will first aim to repair or replace it; if not possible, you may request a price reduction or refund.
Return shipping for defective or incorrect items is covered by us.
10. Promotions and Discount Codes
Promotional codes are time-limited, non-transferable, and subject to the stated terms.
Only one code may apply per order unless otherwise specified.
If you return an order bought with a promotion, your refund will reflect the price actually paid.
11. Reviews and User Content
If you submit reviews, comments, photos, or other content to us, you confirm that the content is accurate, lawful, and does not infringe third-party rights.
We may use customer reviews and submitted content for store, marketing, and service-improvement purposes, unless you ask us to remove it where applicable.
12. Intellectual Property
All website content, trademarks, images, and materials are owned by us or our licensors.
You may not copy, reuse, or distribute them without written permission.
13. Privacy
Personal data is processed according to our Privacy Policy.

14. Liability
Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory consumer rights or our liability for intent or gross negligence.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or unforeseeable losses.
This clause does not affect rights granted under mandatory Finnish consumer legislation.
15. Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays or non-performance caused by events beyond our reasonable control (e.g., strikes, carrier issues, natural events, or technical disruptions). We will act to minimize the effects.
16. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in force at the time of your purchase applies to that order.
The current version is always available on our website.
17. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by Finnish law.
If a dispute arises, please contact us first so that we can try to resolve the matter directly.
If the matter cannot be resolved, Finnish consumers may contact the Consumer Advisory Services (Kuluttajaneuvonta). If the dispute remains unresolved, consumers may submit the matter to the Consumer Disputes Board (Kuluttajariitalautakunta).
